| Jeremy Cromwell | They were awesome ! Called on a Sunday do to a clogg it was spendy but he fixed it quickly ! He asked us a bunch of questions which the other companies did not just said pump it and then he figured out it was a clogg and not full he wasn't going to rip us off the other companies told me they would pump it and if that doesn't work then they will go from there to pump it on a Sunday it is 420 or more and 200 for a snake That would of SUCKED !! He really saved us thank goodness for his honesty and not just trying to make a buck !!! The best part was he willing and did try to help us fix it without him having to come out but we didn't want to break anything ! Very professional! I am so switching to them !!! They are a little bit more but they do it right he told us they are not cleaning my tank out all the way just sucking the water out and told us we have a smaller tank and a bigger family we should be pumping more !!! It's an old system like 40 years !! Very impressed!! Will tell everyone!!! |
