| Jen Dawkins | Would give 0 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday to try to explain what was happening; we didn't know if it was an “emergency” or not. The guy was in a bad mood when answering the phone. In the middle of explaining he asked my address. I tried to finish what I was saying and he cuts me off again and asks “You don't know what your address is?” Have used Bigfoot the whole time owning a house, since 2008, for multiple services. THEY JUST LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD. I hope he is proud of his smart mouth. Customer service is my 1 and this guy has 0! |
