| Ron Kell | I go both ways on the customer service, sometimes it is better than a typical Home Depot, other times they can't seem to be bothered. But it is still better than than the other local choices for products although do not expect a lower 48 builders supply. They may not have a selection of what your looking for but the is usually one item that will work or you may have to come up with a workaround. Prices are what you should expect for an Alaskan Island where things come in by barge. There is a cabinet section but I have never seen anyone working that area, customer service is to the right and back aways. The isles are well lit and clean. |

Unfortunately I've had to try to purchase things at this place more than once. Employees just won't put any effort into helping you. |
