Sergey is just about the nicest man you will ever meet or have the pleasure to do business with. He came to our house to assess the job that we needed done and gave us an estimate. We scheduled a time to do the work and he showed up on that day and worked the afternoon and told us he would be back out in a week to check and make sure the yard was dry enough for the rest of the job to get finished. He called us to let us know he stopped by to check on things and told us when he would be out to finish and came the day he said he would. While he was finishing the yard job I had a bit of an emergency with our washing machine inside - I came home to a flooded laundry room and hallway. My husband was not home and I did not know how to get the water to stop coming out. I ran out to ask Sergey to help and he came in and helped not only get the water turned off, but he helped clean up the water mess all over the floor. He showed me how to turn the water off if I ever encountered such an event again and was so gracious and helpful. My husband and I are beyond happy with the work he did in our yard pulling up several stumps, removing all the debris, and bringing in top soil and leveling out the area so we can plant grass. Sergey was professional, gave us a quote and stayed within that dollar amount, and went above and beyond by helping in an emergency situation with the washing machine flooding. We will definitely be calling Grizzly Construction when we are ready to do more projects!!!
