If i could give no stars, i would. I moved into my place October 2nd, they told us someone was coming to look at the dryer. So someone stopped by the next day or 2. They said they had to order a part, get back at us when it came in. I was impressed. Then i told the worker the washer was not sounding good, while he was fixing the dryer. Looked, said he needed to order a part. Never heard anything back, over a month later, i call my property manager, told em it's sounding worse, i can't even wash at this point. Someone comes out, same thing."need to order parts" weeks go by, no one gets back to me. I call my building manager, told her, "look, it's been over 2 months. Nothing has been done" she told me to call them, gives me their number. Same thing "order parts" 2 and a half months of them doing nothing. I went off. Thankfully they went crying to my building manager, because now i don't have to wait 2 and a half months of them doing nothing. Instead of waiting almost 3months, the new place is getting it done in 2 business days.
