Spent 2k on a sectional sofa and within 6 months fabric is tearing in several places and frame is coming apart. Talked to them about the warranty and sent pictures as requested but no reply. Called again said they never received emails but I received read conformation's on every email. Buyers beware you can get higher quality furniture off the side of the road. -2 star rating

I was hesitant about the monthly payments with zero interest, based on the way it is laid out. However, I was able to pay off the bed sets before the end of the 12 months, and I still received a great deal as opposed to paying for a longer term with interest. Not as good as a cash deal but that was to be expected and was explained in advance. I have never had any problem with any of the associates or staff here. They are always friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. And if they don't know, they will find out for you. Even on the few times that I was a few days late, they were understanding. All you have to do is tell them when you will make the payment plus the late charge and stick to it. They worked with me every step of the way! Love Farmers!
