Human interaction with staffs sells physical stores more than online stores and it's sad to see when the staff don't recognize that and looses their own battle online stores. |

I left each time without making a purchase only to order what I needed from Amazon. The employees that I did see were busy chatting with each other or outside smoking. Avoid this Best Buy location. |
