Appliance Repair by Appliance Parts Inc in Tuscaloosa, Alabama

I was greeted on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 pm located a fridge to purchase as mine was broken only to find out that the store was too busy to sell it! They don't deserve a 2 star rating! But I was greeted and they they were positively professional and upfront about their lack of interest in selling anything!

I have done business with this appliance part store before but that has came to a end, do to my customers service experience with Shannon whom works there. She is honestly one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and clearly doesn't have an clue about professionalism or how to speak to customers. If you're in need of a part just buy it off of Amazon or Ebay and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with unprofessional at it's finest, plus the part will be way cheaper.

Your poor customer service never fails. Third time was a charm. Same person everytime I have bought something from this store. Making your customers feel inferior for asking questions.
