Appliance Repair by Bush’s Appliance Repair in Theodore, Alabama

We filed a claim with Americans home Shield. This company called to schedule an appointment. We took off work. They didn't show or call. I called them well after the appointment time and the lady told me they were busy. The receptionist was not friendly at all. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a call back. I did file again via phone call with American Home Shield in hopes they will send out someone else or at least be able to reach the company since they won't answer the phone or return my calls. Not pleased. : Good luck! I will make sure I personally request another company next time I need to file a claim.

I called to have my washer repaired, and the very next day they came out, replaced the part, and I was back up and running again! Brian Bush is fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend his company!

I called Bush's appliance repair to have a washer fixed well my lid lock was the issue and managed to fix it myself I had called them and was going to replace a part and they said it would be the next day for the part to come in and so I waited and called Brenda the next day told me the part didn't come in so would be tomorrow well called again the next day and still wasn't there at that point I had a friend come by and fixed it for me and I called and told them it's fixed so I will not be needing the part and I agreed to pay the charge for looking at it well that was like 4 weeks ago when she said one of them will be out to pick it up received a call today asking about money and told them I don't have it asked y'all to come out then and pick it up and now they expect me to have money when i have other bills to pay honestly if you want it fixed save your time and go someplace else who will actually show up and help instead of running you around circles i believe the company doesn't actually do repairs but just takes service charges. use with your own discretion.
