| Myree | The only reason they got 1 star was due to it not being a spot for zero!!! I took my laptop here in order to have the screen replaced. They broke my computer where it hinges and the back part and its cracked at the top. They used bonding glue and done a poor job of gluing it. They left glue on my keyboard in 2 spaces and told me where they bonded it together may not hold up after several uses. The male owner even had the nerve to say they could have just given it back without bonding it together, but he was doing me a favor by doing it and not charging me. But how do you charge me for something you broke while trying to repair it??? Until now I have never had any trouble with Mighty Computer, but this by far has been the absolute worst consumer service ever. And to give my merchandise back in this condition is just terrible. And the lady owner had the nerve to hand me my receipt and say well enjoy your good screen. I paid 99 for this Shabby repair and rude service. |
