One of the delivery guys was awesome, kind, and empathetic, the other rude, brash, and took no pride in his job, rushed and forced my sofa into the place, between my door frame, causing a small rip and tear in the back of the sofa, at the bottom. Was told by the decent one, I'd get store credit or some money off, he took pictures of the damage, that was a month and few weeks ago. I've made a few phone calls AND still no credit or money off. I kept getting told it was turned in and they were waiting for a reply, via email, who are they waiting for, I questioned myself. still no call backs about my discounts or credit for my piece of furniture being abused and forced into my place. |
