I will use and recommend Climate Masters in Spanish Fort, AL. for any and all A/C needs. I called them for service and they were out there that day. The technician checked my system and explained to me in detail what the problem was. After getting my system running, he ordered the parts I would need to fix it permanently and set a date for a sales rep. to come out. At the beginning of the weekend Friday afternoon my unit stopped completely. The sales rep sent a tech out with the part I needed and replaced it. I had already ordered a new unit from them. The part they replaced was a special order and they installed it at no charge so we would have A/C for the weekend. They had my new unit in and running Monday afternoon. I was really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. They by far went way above and beyond what they had to do, to make sure we were comfortable.
