The technician checked my system and explained to me in detail what the problem was. After getting my system running, he ordered the parts I would need to fix it permanently and set a date for a sales rep. to come out. At the beginning of the weekend Friday afternoon my unit stopped completely. The sales rep sent a tech out with the part I needed and replaced it. I had already ordered a new unit from them. The part they replaced was a special order and they installed it at no charge so we would have A/C for the weekend. They had my new unit in and running Monday afternoon. I was really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. They by far went way above and beyond what they had to do, to make sure we were comfortable. |
