We purchased a new couch and furniture protection plan, for around 1800. We were advised that the furniture protection plan would cover any damage out defect of our expensive couch. We've had thus couch for less than 6 months. A section of it was sunken in and Badcock picked up the couch to repair. They said that it looked like someone jumped on our couch and returned it in the same condition we sent it in for repair for. We are adults living here. We don't jump on our furniture. This is a terrible warranty and customer service was deceptive in selling us this warranty which DOES NOT cover damage or defect of our new, and broken couch. We will not be purchasing anything from this place. And we will recommend to anyone that they purchase from another reputable store that handles and stands behind their product with integrity! Thank you for ripping me off badcock!
