| peter marggraf | Went to the Tiffin service center the week before Christmas with our 2020 Bus. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had us in the service bay 720 am Monday. The process was simple and transparent. Had our list of issues handled and any questions about the unit answered by the 2 techs working on the bus. Had to go the next am over to the opposite side to have a check engine light repaired. That also handled efficiently with the techs being friendly and knowledgeable. It was a long ride there but well worth it. Only concern of note was the work that had to be completed could have been completed in a half a day. We were there for a day and a half. That most likely may be some of the issues when they are busier and Tiffin owners wait several days to get into a bay. Only advice is be patient, ask as many questions as needed. Great group of people that work there. |
