When I turned on the self cleaning setting on my oven the glass in the door busted. They never got back with me so I called Safeware to check the status. They denied the claim because the man that came out put in the report that I was at fault which is a total lie. So, if the warranty company wants to send ABC Appliance refuse to let them . Ask for someone else. I called over a week ago to talk to the owner. Was told she would call be back, hasn't happened yet. |
