When the unit would not cool the home, the owner of the company told us the President of the US signed a law that would not allow HVAC companies to install units that cooled to a lower temperature, as an Energy Saving measure! Fortunately we purchased the best warranty they offered, so while we have suffered with heat and cold, multiple compressors and other parts were covered by the warranty. So if you want to pay for a large unit and get a small unit, while being talked to as if you just fell off a turnip truck, hire this company. |
