Dont call for help over the phone unless you get someone other than the lady that works there. She is not helpful at all and rude. I called asked to speak to someone about a repair on my washer and she said the service person was out and said before I asked there would be no repair today. I said i wasn't rushing I knew the issue with my washer wanted to get a ballpark on part and labor for repair. She wasn't interested in helping me. She said she could leave a number for the serviceman. I asked if i could call back later and asked for his name she said just ask for the service guy. I have bought parts there several times and have better experiences with the gentleman that works there but every time this you call this lady is the same. She must be an owner or related to them to still be there.

Mae and Mark are very easy to work with because they are knowledgeable, dependable and reliable. Mark was our technician and did an outstanding job explaining our issue and getting our appliances back in safe, working order.

From the initial contact by phone with a most pleasant person to the service I tecieved they were perfect. Prompt as to when the service technician came to getting a part just exactly when I was told to the actual repair. Mannerly and stayed right on task. Told me how to provide a temporary fix until the part came in. Reasonable prices for the service call and partd and labor.
