| Glenn Garside | ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! How are they still in business. Do not waste your time trying to speak with them. Impossible to get in touch with. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for "a part to come in" that B&B can have in within 24 hours. Called warranty company, reported them, had them removed from my repair claim and re-assigned. Warranty company actually very helpful getting it done. Only gave 1 star bc I had to so I could vent. Can't vent w/o clicking a star. |
| Tameca McBride | This is just horrible my service center made this appointment and they said between 10 and 2 and i had to call them at 2:15pm and had to ask were the tech was only to get a between 4:30 and 5 and had to call back and say he wasnt coming at all. They are going to reschedule for the next day but cant promise nothing |
| Pamela Lattof | Call someone else. Horrible to do business with. They told us between 12 and 5 and then called at 530 to say they would be 2 more hours longer. We rescheduled for a few days later between 8 and noon...no word. Called about 10 times and no one would answer the phone. I will be calling Frigidaire and let them know they should be take D&J off of their list as an appliance repair center. Customer service is nonexistent. So is the quality of products. |
