Ok no big deal so I take off work to wait for th repairman. It's now 12:11 and I have not heard or see him. When I called to inquire the lady was not polite and when I called again the man Buck was not either. They didn't seem to care it was our first experience using this company and they offered us to go elsewhere. Guess they won't be servicing our appliances ever! |
