Bethany, the lady who booked my appointment was so sweet! I found out later from another lady that answers the phones that Bethany is relatively young, which shocked me because she spoke to me like someone would have if they were in their late 30s. The office kept me updated and made sure to let me know the status of my part. It took about 2 and a half weeks to get it in, but my fridge is over 10 years old so that was to be expected for Miele parts. For only an 89 dollar diagnostic fee, these people are winners! They also offer one year of warranty on the parts and labor, so when my fridge broke a second time, they came out at no cost to us. They also have a CSR that speaks Spanish, which was a comfort when it came to communicating when my mother in laws washing machine broke |
