I inquired about a a sofa that had made it's way back to the store and was given a quote that was almost twice that of the new identical sofa that was on display in the main area of the store by the managers assistant and after pointing out the unbelievable difference in price was advised to come back the following day to be completely shunned by the manager we made a special trip to meet. I was overlooked unacknowledged and convinced that I was not going to do business with once he delivered a slightly higher price for the same couch in the used position. I really wanted to make a deal on this couch. When a man doesn't introduce his self and has nothing to say than here's the quote after patiently waiting for him to get to the store and watching him do what he felt was more important than speaking to me for an additional 15 minutes before that. Never be back. Sorry not how I do my trading. |
