| Ursula Lowe | This has nothing to do with the repair man. He was polite and very professional. However, I was appalled having to pay 131.50 for a service that did not require a part. Over the years I have spent so much money on appliances with Sears because I believed in Sears. I am giving it up, I will only buy cheap foreign things at least I don't feel taking advantage when the darn thing brakes down. I'll just get another one. This is were you could have increased business by showing you trust your products and if repairs are required after warranty the costs are reasonable. A 131.50 without parts, in my opinion, is unreasonable. Good luck for the future, without me! |
