Don't give this company a second look. I was surprised by my son with a washer and dryer for Christmas. Now less than 2 months later the dryer is useless. Less than 8 uses and the dryer is unusable. I called and talked to someone twice with the promise to call. No calls were received so this was an expensive decision. It would have definitely been cheaper to use a washeteria.

Basically you get what you pay for... I think people get confused over an New or Used item. I got a washer and dryer from them and it's been doing just fine!... Also if you purchase an item from them they'll fix it for you at a reasonable price if your 30 day warranty is gone.

Worst experience with buying used merchandise I ever had. Worst customer service I ever experienced. When both pieces of merchandise didn't work properly from day one and them coming to attempt to repair them multiple times they then decided they wanted me to foot the bill for repairs because it was now pass the 30 day warranty but remember I had a problem from day one which they failed to repair within that time. Wanted me to bring it to them and pay for them to look at it and pay for parts and pay for labor after they had failed to repair an item they had been out to repair many times. I know you take a chance buying used items but I always buy used and I have never had this kind of problem or an item go out on me this quick. They do not repair, replace or refurbish Their items to good standards. Will never buy from them again and will never refer anyone to them.They get one star because the power comes on
