Great company so far!!! I called after having issues with another company. They came out the same day and diagnosed our issues . I was very pleased with the guy that came out and his knowledge of repairs.

If I could give them no stars - I would. I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy in November and picked it up on 12/2/2019. Every since then I have been having problems with the sounds coming out of out. When I contacted Best Buy they set up a maintenance repair for 12/27/19. I received a text on 12/24/19 stating that a repair person will be in my area on 1/6/20 from 4 - 7. When I questioned about the change, I was informed that AIG contracts out to them and that "AIG" does not schedule for us". The repairman called to confirm and actually said "so you got the mooing refrigerator and laughed". On 1/7/20 after the repairman came, I texted them again and stated that the refrigerator was still "mooing". No one responded. When I called on 1/9/20 I was informed to called the repairman. When I called, he told me that he did not hear the sound when he was there but did remove a piece of "styrofoam" that the manufacturer left in there. He said that he would contact his dispatched to have them set up an appointment. It is now the 14th and still no one has contacted me, and my refrigerator is still mooing.
