| John Martin | Heat Pump went out on a Friday night. Called Mr. Refrigeration early Saturday morning and Toby was at the house within an hour. Had a bad compressor card but he was able to get the emergency heat working, until the new card could be ordered and installed. That night, Saturday, the temp dropped down to 26 degrees. Sunday night was around 34 degrees. Monday the card was ordered and it arrived the next day. James came out and put the new card in, as soon as it arrived @ Mr. Refrigeration. Both gentlemen were very professional and very competent. Workmanship was excellent and the total price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Mr. Refrigeration for any HVAC work. I have used Mr. Refrigeration for many years and have always found their service to be excellent. |
