When he fixes things he does a excellent job. The problem is the overbooking of appointments and leaving customers waiting to get their appliances fixed. It's very discerning to have to even call a repair person in the first place, but when you do u want it to be as painless as possible. If you don't mind waiting then take a chance.

I was referred to this company by the warranty service department. The eye of my glass top quit working the week before thanksgiving so he came out Friday prior. Turned my stove on, touched it to see it wasn't hot, and said a burner needed ordered. 2 months later, and many phone calls, the burner came in. Set up an appt. telling the receptionist if the tech couldn't make it by 8:30am, I had to reschedule. Spoke to him through my doorbell cam at 1005am explaining and he requested to come the next day at 8am but never showed. Supposedly he already had something at that time but never called, I found out by calling the shop. He showed the next day dealing with my husband. Was there 5 mins due to only being a loose connection. Had the tech examined my stove better, I wouldn't be giving 1 star to him. The receptionist, on the other hand, was very unorganized and not business savvy at all. She told me she wouldn't call me until the part came in. That is until I contacted consumer affairs. Never again will I allow the warranty center to schedule anything with this company!!

We were given this repair company by the retailer who sold us our refrigerator. My husband asked them to call my number directly, as I am the one waiting at home for the repair person. I actually called myself to schedule the appt. I was told they would be here Friday afternoon from noon to five. My husband cannot have his phone on him at work. The repairman called my husband and left a message asking for directions. My husband called them back shortly after and no one answered. I tried calling the office from about 3:45 to 5:00 and no one answered the phone. No one showed up. Will not do business with a company that cannot figure out where their clients are. If you have a phone, you should be able to figure out where someone lives. Call your office and they can look it up. For the record, we live in a very large subdivision. If you can call and leave a message asking for directions, why can't they call and leave a message saying they are not coming? Felt like someone just took the afternoon off! Not going to even reschedule.
