I contacted Aire Serv regarding an AC leak in the attic, which ruined our ceiling. Matt Goodwin responded, and was the ultimate professional; kind, considerate, and hard-working. He kept me updated as to the problem and the cost of the repair, even as the situation changed upon closer inspection. He provided best AND worst case scenarios, which I appreciated. Mr. Goodwin was very cognizant and conscientious about keeping the are clean, wearing his booties, and cleaning up after he was done. He's over 6'2", so getting into and out of our attic was difficult because of the way it was configured, but he did it several times. After 30 years of using a competitor, we will now be giving Aire Serv the first call every time. My next-door neighbor needs work done now, and I recommended Aire Serv, and told her to ask for Matt Goodwin!
