| Fredda Jones | If I could give -5 stars I would. Owner is so rude and don't care about anybody but himself. I was out of town on a trip my friend git my car towed and I tried to send in documents and everything to get my car back to save me in fees the owner was rude and told me he couldn't help all that and that I would have to pay all the extra day fees. They suppose to be open on Saturday until 12, but it being a holiday weekend he wasn't going to open up as I told him I wouldn't be back in town until saturday morning, Even though they were open today July 5, I won't be able to retrieve my car til monday. He also told me that if my car was towed on a friday then he would let me get it saturday. Didnt understand why I couldn't get it tomorrow. I will never tell anyone to deal with them because they have no sympathy for other people situations and very rude. Also told me he was going to charge extra fees for me calling his personal cell phone. |
