Last Wednesday, our 2 year-old LG refrigerator died. After a phone call to LG, they directed us to Maillet. They sent a technician out the next day and he quickly diagnosed it as the compressor. He assured us that parts and labor would be covered, and he would get us a new compressor as quickly as possible. Sure enough, two days later he called and said he was on his way with a new one. We have never been so relieved in our lives! I can't thank Maillet enough for their fast service in getting our refrigerator working again!!!

AVOID them!!! Would give Zero stars if possible. They will scam you and they do this intentionally because I have talked to other people who've had similar bad experiences with them. They screwed me over twice in the past on my Samsung refrigerator. Telling me & charging me to fix it only to find out it didn't fix it. Then they charged me a second time to come back out to fix the same problem they didn't fix the first time around. Very frustrated. There are other people who work on Samsung refrigerators just need to do some checking around. They best never set foot in my yard again. I hate crooked companies.
