Horrible customer service. So rude and not helpful at all. If you order a part and it should've been in already you should be helpful and try and track it and find out when it'll be in. Not speak to customers the way you do. Will never use this place again

If you need a hard-to-get part for almost any appliance, go to Appliance Parts. Stumbling around locally or on line just doesn't cut it when you can't afford the wasted time. Appliance Parts can get the part you need and fast. Usually they stock that unusual part and it won't cost an arm and a leg. Don't throw the appliance away. Most appliances are cheaper to fix than to replace, I go to Appliance Parts first. You won't have to make a second stop.

I have bought several parts for different appliances. Tim has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He has even given me pointers on putting the part in. I will be buying more parts from him. Helps he is open on Saturday mornings. I work five days a week, makes it hard to pickup the parts I need.
