Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Fort Payne, Alabama

Discouraging at times. A well stocked store, often with helpful associates. I've been helped and advised by friendly, patient people. Yet at times, for many years, I've felt less than wanted or respected. I can press the help needed button, wait, and then see others assisted first, second, etc. I'm sure it's on camera. I've been told, and assured, certain items torn/damaged was discounted, yet get to the check-out and be told "we don't do that" by individual behind the counter when the cashier check to verify the discount. Ask about items or systems and fell the people don't think we are serious of can afford it. I believe these are isolated events, that's more of a "southern thing", and not just Lowe's, that happens in Ft Payne.

Love this place could stay all day and the staff are so friendly and helpful

Last month our washer of 13 years broke down, and with repairs quote of 400 or more, we decided it was time to invest in a new set. As most things now a days, the options were over whelming. After much research I determined Lowe's was my best option in our appliance purchase. With their 30 day return policy, of which they will come and replace any unwanted, or changed my mind, purchase. This return policy made my decision so much easier, it is just a piece of mind. With Todd and Kristi, who work in the appliances, so helpful I feel like I made the best decision. I appreciate the piece of mind Lowe's offers it's customers in such a costly investment. I would recommend buying from Lowe's if you unsure of exactly what brand or style appliances you need/want the added piece of mind sets Lowe's apart.
