| Judy Higdon | I purchased a living room suit, dining table, and entertainment center on Feb. 1. Finally got the entertainment center that was messed up on a corner. The delivery guy couldn't fix it and said I would need a new one that they will order. Well it is April 19 and still don't have it. I have made several calls, even to corporate to no avail. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't be going back for my bedroom suit or anything else. Oh and I wasn't told about the protection policy until after the sale. So if you are shopping there, just make sure you are told the price of that and exactly what it covers. I don't think they really care if they have customer satisfaction or not. Just make those sales. |
