| Eric Eaton | Find someone else. They looked at our fridge and the fan was broke. They said they would order it. Had to call twice to remind them. When they came back, water dispenser was broke. My wife correctly identified the line was frozen. They said it was not and instead insisted we buy a new filter. We bought it through amazon instead of them because of the aforementioned incompetence at ordering a new part. Put the new one in and surprise, it still did not work. I had to take apart the door myself and thaw the line. These people are the worse. Call them and they act like you, the customer, is an inconvenience. Our rental agency uses them so we do not have a choice. But if you have a choice, go with someone else. Heck, my wife did a better job identifying the issue than these amateurs. |
