During his assessment of the problems he tried to get me to pay for warranty parts which are covered. He said he would go ahead and use parts he had, when I questioned him about what the warranty covered. I paid him the service fee of 60 and he cancelled his next visit to complete the work then would not answer calls and texts. Choice tried to get hold of him as well, and they were also unable to get hold of him although he cashed the check. I believe he is dishonest, and untrustworthy. I will not be using him again. |
