He was very thorough in his diagnosis and changed the flame sensor that was in need of replacing. He checked every piece in our furnace, including the heat exchange pipes, to make sure everything else was in good working order. No other technician that we have had before has checked this there was a 4x4 mounted in the way of the blower coming out. Came back when another problem arose the next day and fixed that as well. |
