Alex came from his last job of the day and called me at 6:15 p.m. to tell me he was on his way because he didn't want to leave me hanging. Fantastic. He could have just went home and got to me the next day but that's not the way this company operates. It's customer first...the rest will fall in line. If more places would adopt this philosophy, there'd be more successful businesses. U guys rock! |
