We had the most amazing experience with our technician, Trace. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He worked hard to resolve our plumbing issue and answered all questions we had. We would love to use this company in the future and hopefully have Trace as our technician again!

OnTime Service is a great electrical contracting company. Most of my experiences with contractors on the Eastern Shore have been pretty mediocre at best. OnTime Service was a refreshing change. They are a well established Birmingham based company that just recently branched out to Baldwin County. They took my call immediately unlike the other 3 electricians that never called back and the next day an electrician showed up to install the transfer switch for my house generator. It was pretty clear the technician was very skilled and was very pleasant to work with. They have a preset price book, which matched what I was expecting for cost. If you need a competent electrician that cares about customer service, give these folks a call.

Quick response to a late request. The plumber Trace arrived and was quick to diagnose the issue and identify a leaking pipe inside the wall. He was able to access the leak while minimizing the damage to the surrounding area. Great people to deal with and will recommend and use again.
