I'm not sure if he offers a warranty on any product he sells but i do know if you buy something and get it home and there's something wrong with it he will come fix it or take it back, but I've never had a problem with anything I've got from him. |
| Ben Harrison | Bought a fridge in September and it broke on Christmas Day. Call to get them to come and fix it. Expecting to pay. No problem. Their guy shows up and says that he will fix it on their cost. Even better. 3weeks go by after getting told he is going to get it over the weekend. Figured some parts are hard to find. I understand. Give him a call on Monday. He says he just left Atlanta with two new compressors and that he would be by on Tuesday around 1 pm. Take off work waiting never shows up. Call him again on Wednesday he reminds me of the new compressors he bought and that he would be by in the afternoon but it would probably be late. Guess I need to cut my losses on this 700 refrigerator and go to a store that will actually send someone to service equipment. |
