I called on a Wednesday and left a message but did not get a return call. I called on Thursday and spoke to Mr Worley explaining that I was calling on behalf of some non English speaking friends that needed a dishwasher serviced. I told him I would be there for the service call. He said he was busy the rest of the week but could get to it on Monday. I called on Monday and Spoke to him again but he couldn't remember speaking to me the previous week. I explained again and he said he would get to it on Monday evening. Today is Wednesday evening and no call. Don't waste your time with this guy. He doesn't care about customer service.

Thanks to Mr. Worley for coming out and fixing my electric range in a timely manner. I initially called him and told him what was going on with my range. I asked him for an estimated cost, understanding that he would have to look at it first to make an accurate assessment. He did give me and estimate and it was actually less than what he thought. He saved me from having to pull the unit out of the house and run down parts myself, or even purchase a new unit. I recommend calling Worley Appliance Repair.
