| Rotor Hard | We have had a claim in with our home warranty company since May 2019 before school let out...these guys came out took pics and we gave them the money the warranty said...they wanted to send another guy out to take pics and charge the same amount again and we called the warranty place which said no we don't have to pay if it is the same issue. This gets Rodgers refrigeration to hang up on my husband...warranty company is still trying to figure out why they won't do it until 2 weeks ago we call and they say Rodgers refrigeration is supposed to call us for installation of new systems but we have yet to hear from them. This system runs my children's side of the house where their bedrooms are and this company has been told this repeatedly. We are both disabled veterans and that is why we have home warranty for emergencies like this. |
