| Anja Collette | Not sure how all these good reviews got on here, but we've received poor service from Stefan twice now. I will say first that he was very nice and polite, which is a plus. However, the first time Stefan came out, he came to look at our dryer, which wasn't drying very well. He took some lint out of the dryer vent but didn't really do anything else to it and said that cleaning out the lint should hopefully help. Not only did it not help, but our handyman later found that Stefan had left the dryer vent outputting straight into our crawlspace so we had a bunch of lint down there. If I had remembered that, I wouldn't have called him back a second time. However, this past weekend, our washer stopped spinning and draining. Stefan came out to look at it, spent 15 minutes with it, determined it was the timer switch, and said that we should probably just get a new washer. My husband thankfully looked on YouTube and found that it was probably the door switch- a very simple thing to fix. After he fixed it himself, the washer worked perfectly. Stefan could've easily checked that, but he didn't. Unfortunately, we had to pay the 70 service fee for nothing. I will not be calling this company back in the future. |
