Alex responded to my google request immediately, discussed the problem over the phone, made an appointment for two days later could have been the next day but I wasn't available and turned up promptly at 9:00 a.m. as scheduled after calling 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was en route. He was immaculately tidy put booties over his shoes!, diagnosed the problem, explained what it was and what the fix entailed, had the part, did the job, and charged a reasonable fee. I will absolutely call Sub Zero Appliance Repair again if I need an appliance repaired. |
