We and our Daughter have had several occasions to call Aqua Appliance over the years and they have always given us great service on all our appliances. We do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing appliance service because you'll not find a more honest and helpful appliance service than Aqua.

My refrigerator/freezer quit cooling recently, so a friend of mine suggested I call Aqua Appliances. I did, and asked that they come take a look at it and see if it's repairable. During my conversation with Roger, he explained what I should do to check it, to avoid having him come take a look at it, and having to charge me for a service call just to tell me it's not repairable. I followed his instructions and called him back after my findings, and he told me it was not repairable. He told me right out, that's exactly why he had me check it. He didn't want to take my money for a service call, when the symptoms I'd called about were enough for him to make the judgment call that the refrigerator was "junk". I would highly recommend him, and appreciate his honesty!
