John | Have a LG Oven from home depot, burners stopped working. LG sent this company. Someone showed up unannounced looked at the oven said he needed to order parts. Never heard back again, LG says they can not reach them. Terrible experience. Stuck with a broken oven for weeks now. |
Ericka Francomano | Wish I would have read and listened to these reviews before I wasted my time with this company. Same exact story as Traceys and Connies. Scheduled him to come on a Tuesday and he then rescheduled to Wednesday then to Friday. I told him I had a plumber come in a week before and was unable to fix my dishwasher but he had suggested that it could be the pump. He told me he would get the part just Incase that was the issue. One of the “reasons” he had to reschedule the first time. Then Thursday, after waiting around all day again, his receptionist or whoever she was said he was running late if he could push it back another hour. Sure. Then I get a text from him saying he apologizes for the time wasted, and that he'll only charge for labor, no tax or part and that he'll come any time on Friday. Appreciated. We chose 4pm. 5:00 rolls around no call or text. I call and leave messages on both his cell and the office. Another day wasted. Monday same thing, no call back. Then I text him stating I see his reviews and can't wait to add on to the true negative ones. Sure enough, he answers and states that he's “Just 1 guy” meanwhile his receptionist the first time around said “one of jimmys guys will be over...”  Lie, after lie. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! |
Rachel Laughlin | On 11/13/19 the refrigerator in our tenants apartment was not freezing or cooling. A call was made to Frigidaire immediately to get a warranty repair appointment ASAP being that the unit was purchased less than a year ago. Frigidaire set up the appointment with jimmys appliance service for 11/19. The evening of 11/13 jimmys appliance called us and stated they wouldn't be in the area on 11/19 and rescheduled the appointment for 11/20 between 8-12pm. At 11:49am on 11/20 we received a call from James Landon stating he had truck issues and would be late...changing his arrival time to 1:30pm. It's now after 4pm, we're still here, and we still have yet to hear from or see anyone from jimmys appliance service despite mine and my husbands many calls/voicemails left for both the business and cell numbers given. We understand “things happen” however a call to notify customers is warranted and wasn't done following the first time change. Again, it's now after 4pm and nothing from the company. We cannot speak for this company's repair skills or knowledge of appliances but their communication with customers is awful! We were 100 on the schedule for repair today and were 100 pushed aside as if our repair order didn't matter. An entire day out of work for a no show and now we must buy a new refrigerator for our tenants due to this company's lack of compliance with keeping their own work schedule for repairs. |
