| Emily Marin | Im mad i had to leave one star, i had an appointment set for Monday from 1-4 they never came never called or left any message. when i called the young lady told me that it was a busy monday and the repair man was in Queens and should be getting to me soon. he never came. i called tuesday and all i received was attitude and them telling me that they dont need to keep in contact with customers letting them know the status of the visit. that he called and that was that! now im out of a days pay and no fridge. |
