Appliance Repair by Ace Appliance Service in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania

I can't state enough what an amazing company this is. I purchased an under-cabinet mounted GE microwave roughly a year ago. Unfortunately I neglected to keep the sales receipt, so when the microwave decided to short out on me, I was unable to claim the warranty on it. And this is after I already replaced another GE microwave with the one that broke on me! Suffice to say I was not looking forward to having to purchase another one, but after I loaded the appliance in the back of my truck to take it to the recycling center, it dawned on me that I should check out some of the local appliance repair shops. Thankfully I came across Ace and I immediately found that they are aptly named. I showed up unannounced at their shop in Plymouth Meeting and was immediately greeted by the owner. He proceeded to explain the process of repair and I left with fingers crossed hoping he could save me a few dollars by not having to repurchase another unit. A few days later, I received a phone call telling me the repair was complete! Upon arrival I spoke with the owner and he said it was a minor issue of a fuse in the door or something like that. I'm not an electrical guy, so it was all Greek to me! The price for the repair was negligible compared to purchasing a new one, and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use Ace again in the future as needed and highly recommend anyone else to do the same!

What a great outfit! They were running behind schedule and I called upset as it was late on a Friday and my washer was dead. The owner happened to be on the phone and said he would be right over. He was not just amazing at is trade but he was a super nice guy. I felt like I made a friend by the time he left my home. They are awesome!!!

The receptionist was pretty rude, seemed too harried to answer my question and told me to call tomorrow and MAYBE a repair person would be available to answer my question.
