| John Theriault | Buyer beware! The guy came to my house to install a conversion kit to switch a brand new dryer from natural gas to LP gas, as well as to hook it up to a gas line. To start, I had to run to Lowe's for fittings and parts, even though I was very specific about what I wanted done, hoping he would be informed and prepared. When he took apart my BRAND NEW dryer, he broke several plastic pieces that keep the outside of the dryer together. One piece also kept a wiring harness away from the drum as it turns. He initially denied breaking anything but eventually had to admit it. The piece that held the wiring harness that he wire-tied up he said he would order and come back to replace. That was just before last Christmas! When I call to check, he has excuses why he hasn't received the part or won't take my call. Don't call this guy!! |
