Trying to get it down to the Binghamton store..so I called elmira to see if I could pick it up there and then they called the Binghamton store and the bingBingha store calles ne saying I was "harassing them" bath & Elmira which wasn't true. . So then they decided to drop me as a customer. ... Clearly I just wanted my bag. . Wasn't a big deal for me to drive out there and get it. There lost. |

| Richie Devine | getting a laptop through them is a horrible mistake. a small piece fell off, my laptop got sent off for repairs and then took 3 months after being told it would only be a week, came back still broken, and the harassment from some of the employees was horrible. they don't end up their end of the contract when it comes to repairs at all. |
