Appliance Repair by Appliance Xperts in Chicago, Illinois

I am a project manager and I have used appliance xperts for a few years. In the past, the company was very reliable, punctual, good service, and good customer service. Most of the technicians are very good. In the past few months, the company has been unreliable, technicians not showing up, customer service over the phone has been very incompetent, for example, I had an appointment from 8: 30 to 12:00. I called to find out where the technician was, and the representative over the phone, when I mentioned the technician hadn't arrived, she said," next time, we'll make your appointment window over four hours." That was the last thing I expected to hear. I'm not sure what happened, but the company seems to be mismanaged and unreliable, even though they have good technicians. I regret not using them, but I don't want to deal with their management and the deteriorating service.

Awful. Technician took a short cut fixing our washer without telling us. So we had the same issue 35 days later just outside the warranty of course. Then another technician came back after making us wait all day and was extremely rude, while immediately determining much more work is needed. We are currently fighting to get our money back from the first visit in which nothing was fixed but they took our money. They now would like to charge 400 to fix a 600 washer that is 15 months old.

Do not shop or contract this company to do work for you I had this company come out and look at my refrigerator at which time they took a deposit this was September 19 it's now December 12 they still have not come out to do the work and have not returned my depositso I repeat do not hire these people to do work for you I've had to call the attorney generals the Better Business Bureau and now it's looking like I have to sue for the return of monies when they never return to do the work
